The Siklis Cultural Trek, known as “Royal Trek,” combines both Eco and cultural tours. Comparing to the Everest route, it is less busy, easy, locates at lower altitudes. However, experiencing Eco nature, culture, and glimpses of mountains make out tour worth. Due to a lack of publicity, the Siklis Cultural Trek route is a less demanding trail in the tourism limelight.
The name “Royal Trek” derives from the visit of Prince Charles, UK, in 1980. His Majesty’s visit was to observe and inaugurate British charitable projects. And, of course, to experience the mountain trek in around the location of brave Gurkha Soldiers.
Siklis Cultural Trek‘s trail goes through the beautiful, quaint, settlement of Tribal Gurung Village. We will have time to observe their culture, practices, and livelihood. Moreover, the snow-caped mountain glimpse appears sometimes. Some peaks of Annapurna Range including Fishtail, Annapurna South and Lamjung Himal become extra feed.
The Trek starts nearby Begnas Lake, Pokhara. Go Trekking Nepal produces a perfect itinerary that matches with your time. If it does not meet your available time, then we would be more than glad to customize it as per your requirement. Please, do not hesitate to contact us.
