The Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is one of the highly demanded trekking routes. It is a spectacular journey that leads trekkers into the heart of the Annapurna massif. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to a hotel. Trekker will spend the rest of the day exploring the vibrant capital city and preparing for the trek. In the evening, attend a briefing about the trek.
Hotel will pack breakfast for us. We will head to Pokhara on a scenic drive, which takes approximately 6-7 hours. Enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas and the countryside along the way. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into your hotel and take a stroll by Phewa Lake
We will drive for about 1.5 hours to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. Begin trekking towards Tikhedhunga, passing through lush forests, terraced fields, and small villages. The trail is relatively easy.
Overnight at Tikhedhunga
After a delicious breakfast, we start the day with a challenging ascent to Ulleri, climbing over 3,000 stone steps. Continue trekking through beautiful rhododendron forests to reach Ghorepani. The trek takes around 6-7 hours and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Overnight at Ghorepani
We will wake up early and hike to Poon Hill for a breathtaking sunrise view over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Afterward, return to Ghorepani for breakfast and then trek to Tadapani. The trek takes about 6-7 hours through forests and along ridges.
Overnight at Tadhapani
The trail descends through dense forests to Kimrong Khola before ascending to Chomrong, a beautiful village with close-up views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare.
Overnight at Chhomrong
The trail descends to Chomrong Khola and then climb up to Sinuwa. Continue trekking through bamboo and rhododendron forests to reach Dovan.
Overnight at Dovan
Trekkers will be ascending continuously through lush forests and crossing several streams to reach Deurali. The trail offers impressive views of the surrounding peaks and takes about 4-5 hours.
Overnight at Deurali
We will trek through the stunning Annapurna Sanctuary, passing Machapuchare Base Camp (3,700 M0 and continuing to Annapurna Base Camp (4,100m). The trek takes around 5-6 hours and offers awe-inspiring views of the Annapurna massif.
Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp
Spend the morning exploring Annapurna Base Camp and enjoying the majestic mountain views. After breakfast, start descending back to Bamboo.
Overnight at Bamboo
Trek back to Chomrong and then descend to Jhinu Danda, where you can relax and soak in the natural hot springs. The trek takes approximately 5-6 hours.
Overnight at Jhinnu Danda
Trek from Jhinu Danda to Nayapul, which takes about 5-6 hours. From Nayapul, drive back to Pokhara. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy a well-deserved rest.
Drive back to Kathmandu, enjoying the scenic journey. Once in Kathmandu, check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring the city or shopping for souvenirs.
Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time to explore Kathmandu before being transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure
