Khusi Gurung, originally from the picturesque Lamjung region near Annapurna, moved to Kathmandu in the late 90s to pursue a career in trekking and mountaineering. Starting as a porter and Sherpa, Khusi’s dedication and passion led him to earn his guide license from the Department of Tourism, launching him into the role of a professional trekking guide.

With years of experience, Khusi has journeyed through almost every trekking route in Nepal, sharing his deep knowledge of the mountains with adventurers from all over the world. Growing up in the rugged Himalayas, his expertise in the terrain and local culture sets him apart.

When he’s not on the trail, Khusi enjoys life with his wife and their two adorable daughters, embracing the warmth of family life.
