Upper Mustang Trek is one of Nepal’s most exotic and unique trekking experiences, often referred to as a “forbidden kingdom.” Located in the rain shadow of the Himalayas, Upper Mustang lies in the north-central region of Nepal, near the border with Tibet. This region was restricted to outsiders until 1992, preserving its distinct Tibetan-influenced culture and landscape. Trekking through Upper Mustang allows adventurers to explore an ancient and remote world, characterized by arid landscapes, colorful rock formations, medieval villages, and Buddhist monasteries.
This trekking package offers a comprehensive journey to this mystical land, providing insights into its rich history, culture, and natural beauty. The Upper Mustang Trek is a moderate trek that is perfect for adventurers seeking to experience both Nepal’s natural and cultural diversity.
